Having a glass of warm lemon water is one of my daily practices. Every day when I wake up early in the morning I squeeze a lemon in a glass of warm water and then drink it on my empty stomach. This practice is so easy and simple but has endless benefits for our health and good being, besides all nutritionists and health experts strongly recommend it. One of the most incredible benefits of warm lemon water is improving digestion. Drinking a glass of warm lemon water regularly can, in fact, help eliminate toxins in your body. Most importantly your body will need water after 8 hours of sleep. Literally drinking warm water early in the morning is a pretty good practice, however, adding some lemon juice in it is much better for our health especially for our digestive system.
