Tyral Dalitz, the man who managed to visit 47 countries without ever flying

The australian Tyral Dalitz has spent the last three years traveling. From Australia to California, he visited 47 countries without ever taking a single plane.

 

Since graduating from the university, Tyral has been traveling. One day, he decided to rent a van to travel his native country for 6 months. “I realized that most fun and adventurous moments come when you go from point A to point B, rather than where you end up,” he told Travel + Leisure. From there he came what could be called a “passion for the journeys”, and since his departure in 2014, he only travels by boat, bus, train, car, motorbike, or even on foot. In short, by almost all means of transport, except the plane. For him, the most difficult was to leave Australia. Fortunately, he found the ingenious way to offer his services to help maneuver the boat of a retired couple up to Singapore.
